Fully stocked eat in kitchen for 6, and 1/2 bath. Quiet (shared) back yard with grill and small fire pit. Cellar - washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking. Walk 1/2 of a mile to the family oriented beach or 1/2 of a mile to Main Street shopping, dining and night life. A little over a mile and you can be by the docks jumping a boat to Nantucket or Martha\'s Vineyard or a fabulous show at the Melody Tent.
