Second floor is one spacious bedroom the size of the cottage with a queen bed. Outdoor shower available also. Beach pass included for all Barnstable beaches, internet provided, air conditioning included and pets welcome for a nominal fee. There is a large open yard and off-street parking.

The house was great. This was our first time in Cape Cod, for a wedding. Greg was super attentive and always quick to respond. We\'ve never stayed at a house on someone\'s property before, but it wasn\'t weird at all. Perfect for just the two of us for a long weekend and loved being able to just walk 5 minutes right over to the beach access. Z

Perfect cottage in mid cape. Waking distance to the beach. Parking pass included allowed us to go to multiple beach in Barnstable. The cottage was a great size for 2 people and had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a nice perk. Greg and Maureen were friendly and gave great advice about things to do and restaurants to eat at. We will definitely be renting this property again!

This is a cute cottage. Greg is an excellent host. The property is accurately listed as described. They even had a comfortable memory foam mattress for our kids to sleep on upstairs with us, to keep the small living space put together the whole time. Quiet street with safe speed bumps that slowed those that live on the street. A short walk from beautiful Covell Beach, and nice neighborhoods to walk the dogs. Our family of 4 and 2 dogs were the most I’d suggest staying here, and if our kids were older (they are 6 and 4), it might be too small.

Great location and wonderful hosts! We were close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle. Beach access was priceless! Our dogs loved the yard and walking close by.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was the perfect setting! Greg and Maureen were very welcoming and had amazing recommendations for food and things to do! The beach is only a 3 minute drive from the cottage and even though the weather wasn’t great during our trip we are sure it would be a super convenient beach getaway!
