As you walk up the staircase to the second floor you are greeted with the beautiful copula above your head as you enter the kitchen and living areas.

The second floor offers a spacious open floorplan with a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. There\'s even a wine refrigerator to chill your favorite Mexican Wine. The dining area will seat up to 10-12 people if your looking to entertain your family and friends. Windows surround the upper room giving you views of the ocean and the hillsides of beautiful Bucerias. Upstairs you can relax in the great room and enjoy the home entertainment system with satellite TV and Wifi . Taking the outside staircase from the second floor you will reach the terrace where you have panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and city. Here you can barbecue or dine alfresco and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets that Bucerias offers.

Welcome to Casa Marilyn with an emphasis on merging indoor and outdoor space. This Casa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and two with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms on the first floor look out to the courtyard pool with lush plants within a tropical walled garden. The large glass doors open Casa Marilyn to give you direct access to this beautiful outdoor space. The fourth bedroom is up the spiral staircase and has two twin beds. As you continue up the staircase you\'ll find the fourth bathroom. Just a few more steps and you have arrived at your private roof top pool, terrace and barbeque.
