There are views from most places in this unit; the open and spacious dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a look straight through the open door of the guest room.

Other comfortable amenities include two sets of motorized UV protecting blackout blinds and see through blinds if you want the view but a bit less heat. The patio stretches the full length of the condo, from Master Bedroom on the left to the living room on the right. There is a walk in laundry room.

The immaculate and well kept building has a gym with machines, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills and stationary bikes on the first floor with glass on three sides for views out to the pool and ocean. It\'s a lovely place to get a bit of exercise after a walk or run on the beach!

The overall feel of the condo building and grounds is intimate, classy and quiet (other than the ocean). There is 24 hour security (say hello to Martin or Vidal) and the grounds are immaculate and well kept.
