This beautiful apartment has been fully remodeled with new floors, kitchen and bathrooms, we have a privately owned unit in the Oleo Cancun Playa Resort-Yalmakan by Kilometer 19.5 of the Cancun Hotel zone which is an All Inclusive Hotel, we don\'t participate in the All Inclusive program.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the beach, the resort has an elevator, swimming pool, SPA a la carte, GYM (for free), live entertainment, in the lobby there is a Starbucks , a boutique, a travel desk for your tours, across the street there is a convenience store a surfing school and several restaurants within walking distance, the supermarket is around 3 miles in Plaza Kukulcan, the bus stops in front of our building and it is very convenient and inexpensive, no need to rent a car.

Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days.

You can order your groceries online however it is in Spanish, asks us for information.

We are very close to the park Wet\'N Wild in a very quiet area of the Cancun Hotel zone so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the right place for you and our part of the beach is mostly calm.
