\'Toes in the Sand\' is located in the WEST TOWER, the MOST CONVENIENT tower at the resort; it is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH AND ACROSS THE STREET FROM PIER PARK.

2209 WEST is located on the outside corner of the WEST Tower on the twenty second floor of CALYPSO RESORT. We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic, unobstructed beach and ocean views with magnificent sunsets! There is no pool or street noise....Very quiet and peaceful.

This unit feels BRAND NEW with clean tile flooring throughout the unit - no unsightly, stained carpeting. The furniture is BRAND NEW and all bedding is updated for 2024.

Quality appointments throughout including granite counter tops in the kitchen...Keurig or regular coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, microwave, oven and microwave. The refrigerator provides ice, water and storage for ice. New tile work was completed in 2019 as well as cabinet updating.

The dining area comfortably seats six with five bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large dining table can accommodate a wonderful meal or a place for games or projects!
