Villa Guerreiro is spacious green House located on the hill of Patroves, Albufeira. With a maximum capacity of 7 adults, there\'s also a private pool with barbecue and a lounge area.
This villa is fully fenced, offering total privacy.
There is a balcony on the 1st floor - with table and chairs - from which you can watch the sea.

Located a 1-minute drive from 2 supermarkets and less than 5 minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo and Praia do Evaristo.

The space
The Villa is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances and gadgets. The kitchen is fully functional. There is a laundry space. There is a ready-to-use barbecue near the pool. We provide lounge chairs. You can park up to 3 cars inside the villa. The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.

Guest access
Our guests have access to all areas of the villa.

Additional Rules and necessary information

• Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.

If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.

• Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.
Check-in – 4 p.m
Check-out – 10 a.m
The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.
