Our very well maintained first floor condo has everything that makes for a vacation and stay to remember! Located in a lake development, you can choose to rent a car to travel the state, or opt to shuttle from the airport and never need a vehicle again. Upscale to family style restaurants are within walking distance, and even more are just a short bike ride away.

The condo is in a resort style complex with 2 pools (1 heated for all year use), 2 hot tubs, 2 well equipped fitness facilities, a Club House, propane BBQ grills (1 within 100 feet of the condo), and covered parking. You may also choose to sip your coffee or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio that is furnished with a table and chairs.

We also own and reside in the larger housing development of Lakewood and have mountain bikes, road bikes, golf clubs, wagons, and tennis racquets that we are happy to provide with an additional deposit (for most items upon request) and very reasonable rental fee for the bike rentals.

The condo is fully stocked with adult and children board games, dvd player, and DVR to keep you entertained while indoors.

Each guest, staying for the extended length of time, will be provided a complimentary bottle of wine from our favorite vineyard on Cayuga Lake! In our opinion, the wine is simply the best!

For those that like additional Direct TV packages, please let us know. For an additional fee, we can add various movie packages upon request.

Wifi for internet use. We can set up a pc if you prefer to travel without your own electronics.
