"Everglades Breath" Modern 3 bedroom 2 bath house, 1300 sf just build in 2022 with, quartz kitchen corner tops, 75 in TV ,lanai with 30 jets Hot Tub ,BBQ ,the back yard, is shareable. South West Florida prime boating and beaching communities with the Myakka River, Charlotte Harbor and The Gulf of Mexico min away. The community offers public sidewalks, parks, witch include a public boat ramp, picnic area, linear walkway and playground. Which provide place for kayaking, boating, fishing.
The space
Its 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom with queen size bed, the middle one 3 twin beds. Living aria open with kitchen, one car garage. In the garage we have washer and dryer, 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, 75 in TV in living aria, 2 tvs smart 45 in, on each room. HOT TUB 30 jets

All villa on the right, all the seating aria BBQ, hot tub in Lanai. The playground is sharable with other villa
Other things to note
People staying long time , the garbage day pick up on Monday.

The place is spacious and has a nice modern design. Very relaxing and quiet neighbourhood. Good area for renting boats and visiting islands. Highly recommend!

We used this home for 2 of my technicians who were working in the area that week. The home was exactly as described and very lovely. The 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds in it as an FYI.

We had a fantastic stay at the Alena\'s house! The house is stylish, modern and cozy, we felt immediately comfortable! The kids loved the house and garden! Alena is very friendly, greeted us personally and showed us the house. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, you don\'t need anything! We will definitely come back!

What a surprisingly wonderful house! Just perfect for our 4-person group, on a business excursion. Huge workable kitchen meant we cooked at home and saved money/ate better. The hot tub is MAGNIFICENT. Yard and play areas for kids are exceptional, for all we didn\'t need that. The patio grill and sink? STUNNING. Just a wonderful, wonderful stay. Alena was the best and most responsive host I\'ve yet encountered, and that is dozens of stays deep. Just top marks, all around!
