The Villa has 2 level. First Level one king bedroom, one full toilet , full kitchen, dinning table , living aria. In living aria we have sofa bed. Second level we have one king bedroom, with full master bath and jacuzzi, 2 queens with full bathroom. Living aria, with pool up sofa ,full kitchen.
The guest is renting all Villa. Villa has heated pool and backyard.
We are 2 min waking distance from the beach.

Awesome house in a great location. We were lucky to be that close to the beach and great dining. Super quiet and quaint. Will for sure be booking again and hoping to stay a couple plus times a year. Great host as well!

We had a wonderful time. The pool was perfect for our kids ages 5-9. We found shark teeth on the beach and enjoy the local restaurants. Perfect family get away!

The Pelican House was perfect for us to visit with our family that lives here in Florida. The beach was great and easy to walk to. The pool, although other reviews state it is small, we felt it was perfect for a cool down after a hot day or a perfect spot to start a hot summer day! The house was a perfect size for the 10 of us, never felt crowded, great use of the space and just an overall great stay. Would absolutely stay here again. I do recommend bug spray or a candle as the bugs this time of year were BRUTAL! Once we got bug repellent it wasn’t as bad but that is the only suggestion we have! Bug spray! :)

It is hard to find a place for 10 people and we had a great time here. There was ample room for five adults and five children. The pool is very small but the kids loved it. The access to gulf and bay was appreciated by the fishermen in the group. It was quiet and safe.

The home is beautiful and well-appointed. Nothing was missing, from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs. The bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable! The pool is a very nice feature, as sometimes the beach can be too windy or cool in March. The patio area offers sun for those who want it (like me), and shade for those who don’t (like my husband). It’s a great property! I highly recommend it!

Great place. Alena was very responsive. checking in was easy. place was comfortable for our group of 9 adults and one baby. pool was nice for dipping and winding down in the evening. Great in the morning for coffee. walk to the beach is easy. about 3 min. bay side was a little more confusing, but We figured it out. beds comfortable. Great overall.

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location that offers privacy, the beach is 2 minutes\' walking distance. Gorgeous and peaceful location. The place was perfect for us and our kids! It was nice to have the short walk to the beach!
