Unit #13 is 615 sq. ft. with plenty of room! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, dresser, mirror, bookshelf, iron and ironing board, with plenty of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware and extras. Lounge room host a large comfortable couch to relax and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet!

Check in is completed by self check-in. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), 24/7 emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available within the hour via email or phone.

The location is just perfect! Not only are you 200 ft from the beach, you have everything else close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon\'s Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is 1 mile away. 2 miles to Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The unit sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area host numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are only 70 miles away. You couldn\'t ask for a nicer location.

The streets are guest friendly. Driving around is nice and easy. The streets are bike friendly with plenty if bike paths along the road. The area also offers bus and taxis services.
