The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 single beds). Ample wardrobe & drawer space in both bedrooms with mirrors & hairdryer. 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite bath. Large lounge dining room with dining table, TV, CD player leading out to the large private terrace with lounge chairs, coffee table & sun loungers. Private grass area which leads down to well maintained & manicured gardens, large swimming pool, children’s pool & secure children’s play area. Remote controlled air/con in both bedrooms & lounge/dining area, fully climate control
Linen & Bedding: There is a full maid service included, linen & bedding change after 7 days if booked for 14 nights. Not change if booked for 10 nights.
There is also a safe provided to keep passport & valuables.

Immaculate apartment with everything you need, great pool, and an ideal location.
We stayed at this apartment in august. It was all you could hope for. A little out from marina but ubers are quick and easy. Would reccomend to anyone. We had a great time.

The flat is in a good location about a 15 minute walk to the Marina, taxis cost around 7 euros. The flat was great: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and outdoor seating area with a small garden. Communal pool which is lovely. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Vilamoura by the golf courses. Communication with Phil was excellent. Hope to stay again sometime.
Apartment very well equipped, everything you need and immaculately presented, pictures do not do it justice. Amazing pool and outside space. Location is great being a 20 min walk or a cheap Uber to the marina. Phil has be great to deal with and very quick to respond to any messages, we will definitely return!
The Condominio de Golf ll is a lovely quiet complex with well tended gardens and nice pool area. With regard to the apartment itself, there have been some slight changes since the photos were taken. The grey, padded, leatherette dining chairs have been replaced with very hard wooden chairs. We could find no seat pads for them. The outside dining table and chairs have been replaced with a low coffee table, small sofa and two armchairs. There were two sun loungers with cushions, which were very comfortable. The sofa in the lounge was comfortable. We found the beds extremely bouncy and so we did not sleep well. Thankfully we were only staying for a week. The pillows were comfortable though. There was a welcome pack of water, milk, bread, butter, cheese and ham. 3 dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid was provided but no washing powder. There was a filter coffee machine, unfortunately no coffee pod machine. The frying pans had seen better days (but I understand these are to be replaced soon) and had been left in a very unclean state by the previous guests, as too were the coffee mugs. Perhaps if more dishwasher tablets had been provided this would have been avoided? The terrace gets the sun from around from mid-day to 4pm. The local Spar seems to have closed permanently but there is a good Intermarche supermarket about 20 mins walk away. The Marina is about 30-35 min walk, the beach about 35-40 min walk. Be aware that the twin bedroom faces the road beyond so there is some light traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this complex but not this apartment unless the beds were upgraded. However the apartment offers good value for money.
Beautiful, spacious apartment with superb outdoor area. Fabulous pool and just a gentle 14 min walk to the marina. We will be back!

Just home from 5 days at this lovely apartment. We have visited the complex previously and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is large and airy with plenty of room. Just about everything you need to cook, although we did go out to Vilamoura Marina to eat in the evenings. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and the pool was lovely as you would hope for. The beach was easily accessible and the sunsets were stunning, well worth a visit. We did hire a car for our visit, but if you are happy to walk it wouldn’t be a problem. Thank you for a much needed break.
