The gorgeaus villa in Floridian style is situated on a beautiful plot in a quiet location.
The recreation is here guaranteed with a pool area surrounded by a large not visible terrace.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, hammock, seating area, TV and a big BBQ Gas Grill, perfectly equipped for a relaxing Holiday.
A shady spot is also available under the Tiki hat by the pool.
With four bedrooms, there is enough space for up to 7 people.
It is all very tastefully decorated and matched.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

BEAUTIFUL HOME. VERY WELL DECORATED. ITS IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION. WE REALLY LOVED THE PRIVATE POOL AND LANAI. SPENT MAJORITY OF TIME OUT THERE. SAD TO LEAVE.
