Villa Conny, a pleasant south-facing villa on a very large plot with a beautiful view of a small lake.
A canoe is also available to explore the lake.
Villa Conny was newly renovated and furnished in 2013 and can accommodate six people with two living rooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Let yourself be enchanted by the Florida sunset, perhaps sitting comfortably on the terrace by the pool with a summer cocktail in your hand!
Villa Conny is very conveniently located. Excursions to the surrounding area of Cape Coral are also ideal from here - why not take a trip to Sanibel and Captiva Island, or to the Everglades, which is highly recommended as a day trip.
You will feel like at home in this villa!
Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
