Description
Villa Bimini Sunset is ideally situated in a west facing position at the canal with a short way to the River, as well as to Cape Coral beach and pier.
You can enjoy the dream view towards the sunset every evening at the barbecue on the pool terrace.
The villa has a large living area with two sitting spaces, plus dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter.
There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
Otherwise, five bicycles for excursions, for example to the nearby beach of Cape Coral are also part of the equipment of the villa.
Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
