You can then dine the prepared meal in the cosy dining area in the living room or on the terrace at the large table.
Villa Ocean has a very large swimming pool
At this villa, boating is really fun. Access to the river is very short and then the boat ride can go on to one of the beautiful islands in the Gulf of Mexico.
Or use the boat dock for fishing - Some people pulled here already a big fish on land
Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Huge home, 3 huge beds and two twins. 4 full bathrooms, all the things you need to live for a week. Tons of stuff to do near by and shopping. Huge heated inground pool. Walk out to the canal, get on the 22’ boat and head out on the gulf, that was amazing! Endless options when on the boat, if you love the water this is the place for you. We loved it!

We were very pleased with the home and Josh, the property manager. The beach equipment, 4 TVs with full Xfinity options, and furnishings were great. Located near 5 super beaches and shopping and dining. A couple of issues came up which happens but they were corrected.
