One of the highlights of the Villa ThunderBird Lake is the fantastic view of the lake, you have both from the pool area as well as from the living and dining room.
Very nice in this villa is the outside bar at the boat dock with Tiki hut, fridge and sink. From there you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Florida with a sundowner!
Place is in this villa for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a beautiful open plan living area with kitchen as well as a cozy dining room.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Absolutely loved this villa. It was larger than we expected. The housekeeping was fantastic. Everything there you could need. Very tastefully decorated. The pool, tiki bar and views were incredible. Location is great - beautiful neighborhood, walking to Duffy’s sports bar and close driving access to the expressway and the Marina and yacht club.Thank you to CCVS for their efficiency in booking the villa, to the local property management team who keep this place immaculate and finally the owners who let us and others enjoy it!

This was an absolute beautiful home to stay for our vacation. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool during the day. The evenings we spent down at the Tiki Hut listening to music, enjoying the beautiful sunsets and fishing from the dock. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the home. Very clean and bright decor. Best beach to visit was Bowman\'s Beach and Captiva. The wiring of money and communication with owners and property management was top notch. We absolutely loved the Thunderbird Villa. From start to finish with booking, travel, vacation and receiving our deposit. This is a clean beautiful home that is a small paradise in itself. We spent a lot of time in the pool and down at the TIKI which is a relaxing place to be at night.
