Mountain bike trail is right behind the building. Shore fishing, paddle boarding and turtle watching are in the backyard which is the Atlantic Ocean

Included with room are free wifi and on demand cable TV. Valet parking is 5 dollars per day.

Please note that this is not a rental that is for an entire apartment. The condo has 2 bedrooms. On of the bedrooms is the private room and has private access to a bathroom which is exclusively for those guests. The other bedroom is occupied regularly and is like a separate apartment so there is rarely interaction among guests. Each guest will get there own key FOB which gives them access to the entire property.

The building has 24 hour security and valet parking services.
