Simple style and plentiful sunlight welcome you into the living room, where hardwood floors gleam beneath a colorful area rug. A sleek black futon offers extra sleeping space, and two additional chairs seat your whole party for movies on the 45” TV with Netflix included. The unique “duck” stained glass window is a highlight of this space.

The large kitchen is lined with white tile counters and well-stocked cabinetry. Find a gas range, dual stainless sink, and all the cookware a discerning chef could need. A bright dining room seats four below a luminous skylight.
