The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features new quartz counters. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master suite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom suite. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.

There is a large front patio furnished with a dining set for 4 guests and grill. Please note the patio space is shared with the adjacent apartment but each unit have their own grill and seating space. We also provide off-street parking for one compact size vehicle in a shared garage.
