It\'s also next door to the Wildhorse Athletic Club at the Trailhead Lodge, which houses a well-equipped fitness center, billiard and foosball tables, three hot tubs, and a heated pool with gorgeous mountain and ski slope views.

Built in 2009, this single-level home is open, comfortable, and filled with natural light. You\'ll find overstuffed sofas, soft carpeting, and WiFi to keep you connected, as well as a flatscreen cable TV, Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs for relaxing family movie nights.

Keep the kids occupied with a selection of toys and games while the parents share wine and appetizers on the balcony, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding Yampa River Valley. Back inside, you\'ll find plenty of space to cook in the full kitchen, which has generous counter and cabinet space, bar seating for four, and a dishwasher to take care of the chores.

Another four guests will find space to eat at the dining room table - but keep in mind that the Trailhead Lodge also offers a communal barbecue area with gas grills and an atmospheric open-air fireplace.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this home will sleep nine people, with a maximum of seven adults. In the master suite, you\'ll find a king-size bed with a second flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player. The guest room has a set of full-size bunkbeds with an additional twin trundle, as well as a TV and DVD player of its own.
