Summary: New apartment in the historical center of Cannes (Suquet). Couple of min up walking from city hall. It has a small sea view and balcony. Sleeps 5pers in two completely independent spaces. Price is reduced as launching period! Basic information: Number of bedroom: 1 but the living room can be completely closed to become an independent bedroom bathroom: 1 with shower Toilet: 1 (independent) Beds: in the room 2 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 extra bed if needed. In the living room 1 sofa bed double beds are 160x200cm. Floor: the door is at 2nd floor, but the apartment is on the third floor and it is based on 2 floors (the bedroom is upstairs). there is no elevator Number of pp: Maximum 5 but we prefer 4. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 kids or colleagues coming for congresses. Note that in the apartment there are stairs so it might not be suitable for young kids. Detailed description: The apartment is located in the third and last floor of a small building with 3 apartments without elevators (this is very typical in the historical center!). The apartment is located meters from the Suquet's restaurant near the famous fountain in Suquet in the historical center of Cannes. The apartment is made of 2 floors. On the main floor there is a fully equipped Italian kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet, and a salon with a sofa bed (comfortable double bed). A small 2 sqm balcony is accessible from the kitchen where a couple can have breakfast for example. On the second floor (duplex) there is a bedroom with sea view. In the bedroom you can have either 1 double bed or 2 single beds. It is possible to have one extra bed if this is needed. The apartment has a single bedroom however it can easily accommodate two independent couples or independent professionals because the salon is designed to be closed using sliding doors at night if desired, offering a truly independent sleeping space (independent from kitchen, and stairs). The apartment is equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine (nespresso including coffee), washer and dryer, iron and hair dryer. Wifi is provided. Air conditioning is available in the apartment. The apartment has been recently completely renovated. We just finished everything at the end May. If required our guests can contact us for any problem they have. We would be pleased to offer our help to make sure that our guests enjoy their stay in Cannes and in particular with our apartment. Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smokers can use the balcony. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee is charged for every stay which is calculated considering a normal usage of the apartment. In case the apartment is not left in reasonable condition extra charges may apply.
