This beautiful home was recently refreshed and is ready for you to enjoy. Located along the boardwalk, the private patio at the front of the home includes a dining table and natural gas barbecue and is your exclusive spot for al fresco dining. Upon entering the front door you’ll be greeted by warm hardwood flooring and a large open concept living space. The expansive family room is well appointed with ample seating for all, a flat screen television, DVD player, fireplace, Wi-Fi access for the entire home, and a view of the boardwalk and waterfront. Spend a romantic evening cozying up next to the fire or have fun with a family game night. The possibilities are endless!

Next to the family room, the open kitchen with bar seating will keep you in the center of it all without missing out on any fun. Outfitted with white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances this heart of the first floor is an entertainer’s dream. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and even holiday dinners, and is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and coffee makers (both traditional and Keurig). Opposite of the kitchen is a bright breakfast nook with bench seating and a buffet for all of your serving needs.
