Amazing views of the continental divide, Lake Dillon, and mountain meadows from our comfortable condominium. After a day on the slopes, the trails, or the lake, come back to a relaxing retreat. The condo is situated on the Lake Dillon green space, just steps away from the Summit county bike path or beautiful walks along the shores of Lake Dillon. If skiing is your objective, we have easy access to I-70 and Highway 9. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are just 10 minutes away and world-class Vail is just 25.

The condo\'s remodel included a new kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. It also is well accessorized with many tools for nearly any culinary endeavor. The living room is strategically laid out to maximize mountain views, or watch the flat screen television. If you need additional sleeping space there is a very comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room that will sleep an additional two people. The mattress and mechanics were replaced new in the fall of 2016.

The master bedroom has a very comfy king bed, television, dresser and an attached bath. The guest bedroom is also nicely furnished with a queen bed and a dresser. The second bath is smartly designed to have access directly from the guest bedroom or the main living area.

Summit County is known as \'\'Colorado\'s Playground\'\' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco and Mountain Meadows is a great location to use as your home base. Our Frisco condo is comfortable, affordable and beautiful.
