Villa Tuscany is situated on a large plot in a quiet area but yet close to many restaurants and shopping.
Staying at the large pool area puts you every day new in a holiday mood. Plenty of sunshine with south exposure of this beautiful villa plus a wonderful view over the canal.
This Villa can accommodate eight people comfortably with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and an open living area with living and dining room, and kitchen with breakfast corner.
In the garage there is even room for two rental cars, as well as the two bikes ready for use.
Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
