The new Villa Sundance for six persons is located on an OFF-water plot in a quiet location with East orientation.
You can find recreation during your stay at the fully equipped pool area with dining table, comfortable seating corner and sun loungers. In the beautifully shaped pool it is wonderful to swim with morning sun.
Three high-quality bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a kitchen, where nothing is missing. Everything is beautiful, modern, and stylishly decorated.
There is also a ping pong table, darts and bicycles available so that no boredom comes up.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

House cleaning: 270.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.

House damage deposit: 600.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

The home was as advertised. Well appointed and very nice. Had one small issue with one of the TV\'s which they took care of immediately. My only wish with this property is for a more flexible cancelation policy. Having to book so far in advance with no recourse should a problem arise which would prevent travel, is difficult.
