Villa The Residence with a large outdoor area in a beautiful ideal location. From every room you have a wonderful view towards the canal. But the most important part of this dream villa is the exceptional terrace area with a very large pool, which can be heated on request. You can stay out there all day, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, hammock, lounge island, parasol, pool, whirlpool; it simply lacks nothing.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
Four bedrooms - three bathrooms - living room - kitchen - office!
This villa offers plenty of space for up to ten people. The interior of the villa is modern and high quality.
The villa is located in the south of Cape Coral in a very good location, Cape Harbor and numerous restaurants within walking distance.
There are still bikes, kayaks and also a large boat dock for a rental boat and sunbathing.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

For each further person a rent of 161,00 EUR per week results at high season 257,60 EUR
Children up to the age 12 years are free of charge
Children from 13 until 14 years pay 80,50 EUR per week, at high season 128,80 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes,
House cleaning: 225,00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 900.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Electricity: according to consumption, allowance USD 35 per week
Phone: Fees according to consumption / Local calls are free of charge
Non-smoking Villa, smoking allowed only on the terrace

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures shown and had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Pool was wonderful, Location was great (close to restaurants and Grocery stores). Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Home is everything you could ask for and more. Nice pool and hot tub. Heated it so we could swim even on cool days. Room enough for 8 of us. We rented a rollaway and placed it in the den. Plenty of towels. Nice lanai area. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the home could use new mattresses.The furniture is very modern and, therefore, not “Senior friendly”. As long as you don’t care about that, I would highly encourage you to consider this home.

Our stay at this beautiful home was fantastic! The decor and layout of the house was perfect for our two families of four. The pool area and things to entertain the kids were on point (kayaks, ping pong, bikes). Our only issue all week was the hot tub. We were unable to get it to heat after about 8pm due to a timer/setting issue. The house could also use new mattresses. The check-in/check-out was very simple and flexible. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the Cape Coral area.

The Villa Residence is a very beautiful home and well equipped with everything you need. Outside lanai and pool area are great. The awning is a special touch for late afternoon sun. The location is great with ability to walk to marina. Would definitely recommend staying here.
