This house is right by the beach. It is central within the center of Cocoa Beach. Our kids loved the pool a lot. The grown ups liked the hot tub. The house was very clean, very comfortable. It\'s a good place for the family to enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed this house. It has a lot of things we enjoyed. The pool is fun to float in. We walked to the beach in a few minutes. And we walked to the pier. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

This beach house was a great find. The built-in hot tub was relaxing. The kids loved the pool. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Its very convenient. Richard the host is very responsive. He answered my messages immediately. We will definitely be coming back.

Richard was thoughtful, accommodating, and responsive! We loved the house..it accommodated all ages if the family. The house was beautiful and clean. The Pool was sparkling and refreshing!

This place was a great for my large family gathering. Parents are in their eighties, my sister had kids and so did I. 2 minute walk to the beach. We could chill by the pool. At night we jumped between the hot tub and the pool. That was really refreshing. The kids had three sitting areas with TVs which allowed everyone to watch what they wanted. I would definitely rent here again.

The tiki blue two was our favorite vacation spot for our family! It was roomy, clean, pool, steps to beach, fully equipped kitchen and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, boating, etc! Richard was an excellent host with response time less than 15 min! We absolutely loved it and will be back.

This is a great beach house. It\'s right by the beach. Me and the kids walked over every day. It\'s in the center of the town, near Ron Jon and other restaurants and Starbucks. It was convenient and comfy. The pool area was comfortable with a lot of space to sit and a grill. it was all a good time. We would definitely consider coming back.
