This cozy condominium at the beach has a spectacular view of the sparkling city by the sea (corpus christi), the uss lexington, & the harbor bridge. From your private balcony you will see ships from all over the world come and leave the corpus christi port. You have a fabulous view of the beach from your balcony and can just walk to it from our property.

This condo has a nice queen size mattress for your rest and comfort, built in bunk beds in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa and rocker in the living room. Note: linens may be different than shown in pictures. Condo has two flat screen tv\'s. Our tv cable program supplies us with 100 channels including showtime.

The property has two pools-1 heated & 2 jacuzzi\'s. It has several bbq pits and picnic tables around the premises. A fish cleaning table outside is also provided for your fresh catch of the day!

We have a privacy fence and security personnel for your safety. Free cc tourist limited internet. Each of the three floors has coin operated washers and dryers along with an ice machine and a soft drink vending machine downstairs for your convenience.
