THE HOUSE:

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds that can remain separate or be pushed together. All beds are super comfortable and have extremely soft sheets. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to a porch overlooking our relaxing and woodsy backyard. Our living room also has two sliders that open out to our lovely patio where you can enjoy outdoor dining. Everything in the house has been newly renovated and is impeccably clean. All new top of the line appliances, and a fully loaded kitchen! A heavy duty washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi are also available in the home. Free parking on property in driveway as well as in garage. Linens are provided.

LOCATION AND NEARBY ACCOMMODATIONS:

Our home is located in a very quiet, friendly, and safe neighborhood, close to historical route 6A. Within a 5 minute drive or less, you can find yourself at various restaurants: the Lost Dog Pub for an easy American meal, the Marshside Restaurant for some finer dining, and so many more. We are also extremely close to Sesuit Harbor, where you can enjoy waterfront and outdoor casual dining, take beautiful beach walks, or embark on a lobster roll sunset cruise on Cape Cod Bay! Gas stations, convenient stores, and liquor stores are all within a 3 minute drive or even a walk. Dennis Public Market (10 minute drive) is a great place to grocery shop and buy subs, snacks, and award winning meats. If you are into fitness, head over to the Yoga Center of Cape Cod or Cape Cod Health & Fitness gym for a great class or workout in an easy 5 minute or less drive! We are very close to world class golf courses, as well as the Dennis Playhouse and the Cape Cinema where you can enjoy a wonderful show or movie. Take a beautiful bike ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or head to the Sundae School Ice Cream shop for amazing, homemade ice cream. So many more local activities and sites are awaiting you!
