Souvereing 3500 sq. ft. home colonial style home in a quiet, private 1 1/2acre hillside setting set back from Route 6A in the very sought after area of East Dennis. Water views of Cape Cod Bay and Sesuit Harbor. One mile to the two nearby 18 hole golf courses, Sesuit Harbor Marina, boat ramps, conservation lands in nearby Quivet Neck. Less than mile to five local beaches, and fresh water Scargo lake, churches Just a short walk to the store, the local pub and restaurants.
Cable televisions in every room, Apple computer with high speed internet, fax machine, BBQ grill, 2 Jacuzzis (one in, one out), 2 fireplaces, full kitchen with granite countertops and quality appliances, 3 1/2 baths with granite counter tops, tiled floors, sleeps 12, outside shower, large 16\' by 20\' deck with remote sun shade cover, treadmill/gym, outside firepit, basketball court, large green lawn, linens included. A caretaker is in a separate building on property to take care of the tenants needs. All the amenities an executive you would need and more.
We have had three families return to our home who each rent for one to three weeks every year for the last 5 years. They love it, and so will you!

Great house in a wonderful location! The open kitchen and adjacent living room were incredibly comfortable and welcoming! We spent a ton of time in these two rooms relaxing and being together as a family. The property is large and would be amazing to enjoy in warmer weather. Same is true of the attic gaming area, that was simply too cold to enjoy in February. Jonathan was nearby and happy to help with anything as needed.

My family recently spent two weeks in the house. It was comfortable, quiet, immaculate, deliciously air conditioned during the recent heat wave, and had an airy front porch and yard. I brought my two dogs and the property was perfect for them. The kitchen, family room and back patio were great places to relax. The area has a beautiful fresh water lake and and several nearby beaches, a multitude of good restaurants and is located conveniently for exploring other parts of Cape Cod. It was so comfortable that I rented it again for next summer. An added benefit was having the landlord in a home behind the property for emergencies, like locking oneself out! He could not have been more helpful during our stay.

What a beautiful home!!! Jonathan who owns the home was awesome. Everything you could ever think of was available to us. Close to the beaches and restaurants. A perfect location so much so that I would like to rent the house again next year. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent in Dennis.

We rented the house for an extended family vacation for a week in July. The house comes with everything you need, is on a big lot, and is in a great location that\'s close to many of Denis\'s beaches. The house also has a swing set in the front yard, which was a nice plus for the kids. Jonathan was a great host and was very accessible. If you\'re looking to rent a house on the Cape, this is an excellent choice!

13 family members stayed at this wonderful, beautiful home in East Dennis. There was 6 adults and 7 kids, plenty of room and very comfortable. The house has plenty of room for the kids to spread out, the attic bedroom the girls loved and the basement the boys loved. The owner stays in the back house and was there when you need him and also very respectful to your privacy. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants in the area. We would (will) stay here again. Thank you Jonathan for a great family vacation.

This was the first time we have rented here. We are a family of 12. We had a wonderful week and Jonathan was a great host! He was around enough so if we had any questions he was easily reached but never made us feel as though he was hovering! This home is beautiful with 4 floors and lots of space to spread out or be together as desired. It was clean and wonderfully stocked with dishes/cookware, linens and very comfortable furniture. The outdoor amenities were as nice as the home itself with multiple hammocks, a firepit, large deck and farmer\'s porch on the front of the home. Really wonderful rental - we had a fantastic vacation! Thanks, Jonathan - hope to see you next year again!

My family has been vacationing in Dennis for several years. As our family grew we began outgrowing the home we had been renting. We carefully searched for a home that would meet our needs and found one that exceeded them in this listing. This home was the perfect distance from some of the best beaches on the Cape, yet set back in a private, quiet, beautiful yard that we spent a lot of time enjoying. Our family made the decision very early into our vacation this year to book the following year, and plan to spend many more at this amazing property. I feel it is also important to note how great it was working with the home owner. I cannot recommend this home enough.
