From the waterfall edge of the quartz countertops, to the recycled sea glass of the light fixture, to the light gray porcelain tile underfoot—everything is sleek, contemporary, and tasteful. Walking into the bedroom, you find a serene, beautiful space ideal for sheer relaxation. An upholstered king size bed features a puffy yet supportive mattress and decadent hotel collection bedding. The window treatment slides either from right-to-left or left-to-right, giving you the ability to adjust it to enjoy a full ocean view while relaxing in bed. A 65” smart television, ample closet and plenty of dresser storage add to your comfort.

The bathroom contains a large custom shower; a modern, free-form vessel sink; and glamorous beveled, backlit mirrors. Tranquil and lovely. Important from a practical viewpoint, the bathroom also holds your high-end washer/dryer laundry.
