The backyard feels like a resort with lush mature tropical landscaping, pool, bar and a 1200 sq ft covered lounge area with a flat screen TV. We do NOT allow any parties, including bachelorette or bachelor parties. We only allow the number of guest listed on the reservation at the property.

The home has stainless steel kitchen appliances, Whirlpool Duet Washer/Dryer, 2 King sized beds, 2 queen beds and a queen air mattress. It’s a duplex home that is built on stilts, therefore, the living space is on the second floor. The property is 3 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico, we highly recommend walking down to the water for unbelievable sunsets and the opportunity to meet the locals.

We provide all linens, bath towels, beach towels, a full kitchen with utensils including pots/pans/Keurig coffee maker, board games, pool toys, etc. The pool is heated to 80 degrees during the winter months, however, it may take a few hours in the morning to get to the 80 degree temperature. The property has full pool and landscaping services scheduled on a weekly basis. The pool/lounge/bar area is gated and is a shared space with one other unit. The shared outside space is monitored and recorded via Nest security cameras.
