Description
Enjoy Florida living at its finest at the Jewel of Solana. Our villa has a custom outdoor poolside kitchen with an 8' granite bar, a 65" 4K poolside TV and a theater quality 7.1 Dolby 6 speaker outdoor sound system.
The villa is very private with no rear neighbors, and tall hedges on both sides.
Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney.
Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms, all with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a brand new sectional with a pull out bed.. The 4 master bedrooms all have a 55\" wall mounted 4K TV . The twin rooms both have a brand new wall mounted 43\" Roku 4K TV.
The family room has sectional sofa with a chaise lounger, a 65\" 4K TV and Sound Bar, Play Station. Wii, games, and a 100 movie DVD library. The game room is air conditioned, with an 8\' slate pool table and a high quality ping pong table.
There are his and hers golf clubs, puzzles, and games. There are portable chairs and a beach umbrella for a trip to the beach!. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are nearby.

Really enjoyed staying at this house, the pool and hot tub were huge hit! We also made use of the grilling area on the patio, which was very nice. The owners were also great to communicate with! There were a few issues that came up, but they were taken care of in a very timely manner!

We stayed in this home for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it! We appreciated that this home is in a gated community and is centrally located to many of Florida\'s attractions. The pool and hot tub were used daily during our time there, and we regularly utilized the outdoor kitchen. A couple of issues arose during our stay, but the management company took care of them in a very timely manner to our satisfaction. The pictures on the listing are accurate. While there are a few minor updates that could be done to really make this home exemplary, we are planning to stay there again in the future. Thanks for everything!

This house was absolutely amazing n definitely would love to book it again in the future. The pictures r exactly what u get. House is so spacious for big family’s. Mike n his wife was amazing n had a beautiful Christmas tree up for us so our lil ones enjoyed that. The outdoor kitchen n pool area was everything. We spent most of our time pool side. All cooking was done in the outdoor kitchen. Football on the TV the entire time we were at the house. Game room was nice for the kids during the day or early evening n was a nice relaxing time for the adult late at night. Community Pool, mini golf n the entire community was amazing. Nice neighbors n beautiful daily walks around property. A special thank you to the owners. Definitely will book again in the future.

This home was spacious enough for our three families to spread out and enjoy the week. The outdoor kitchen, pool, and air conditioned game room were highlights! Our kids loved the clubhouse with a beautiful community swimming pool as well as free mini golf and pool table. We had a couple of small issues and reported them to the property manager. They were incredibly kind, efficient, and responsive at meeting our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We\'ve just returned from a 3 week stay in this amazing villa. The pictures and description provided by Mike are 100% accurate. Despite cooler temps and some rain during our stay, we spent many hours on the patio enjoying the outdoor kitchen and TV. (The sound system outside was just like being at the movie theatre). Because of the large covered area, it was easy to relax outside day and night. The neighborhood is central to many attractions, yet far enough away to avoid some of the congestion. The home is in a gated community and we were able to safely walk after it got dark. The house was fully equipped and we were missing nothing during our stay. The club house provided additional entertainment with free mini-golf, large pool and tiki bar. The staff who worked the gatehouse were welcoming and so friendly. We visit Florida each year and this was one of our best stays ever. Thanks for everything Mike. We can\'t wait to come back. Janet & Leigh

We had the pleasure of staying in Mikes beautiful home for two weeks! There was 10 of us in total and there was more than enough room for all of us! The house had everything we needed. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, the huge outside tv and kitchen area was an absolute dream! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home! Will definitely be staying there again!!!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We absolutely love it. The pool and hot tub are great and we love using the outdoor kitchen. The game room let us have some fun indoors also. The community is great too and very safe, allowing us to take evening and early morning strolls. The owners are so easy to work with. We will be booking it again and I definitely recommend this house.

everything was just as advertised great house in very nice safe area very close to disney parks definitely will be my first choice when take next trip to fla.very big roomy and comfortable loved the foam mattress beds very comfortable the owner mike was very helpful and was patient with all my questions i have stayed in 5 or 6 different homes in fla. over the years and this home tops them all by a mile
