We are the happy owners of this beautifully appointed, completely remodeled, penthouse condo in the highly desirable Sea Oats Beach Resort. We live nearby and are available to take care of any unexpected needs you may have.

Sea Oats is in Redington Shores, perfectly situated between St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north. Redington Shores is known for its white sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, laid back atmosphere, and friendly people. So leave your worries and rushed lifestyle behind, and come relax with us!

** DIRECT Beach and Gulf front with a large private balcony - sliding glass door access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Watch the Sunset as you sip a drink on the balcony! Let the soothing sounds of the waves lull you to sleep.

** Heated, beachfront pool with lounge chairs, BBQ grills, and Tiki dining area.

**Direct access to the spectacular white sand beach. Enjoy soaking up the sun and people watching, then relax in the pool or play in the waves of the Gulf.

** Redington Shores Long Fishing Pier is directly adjacent to our building. Bring your own fishing rods or rent them on the pier. They also have bait and other fishing supplies as well as a snack shop. NOTE: Purrently closed for renovations. Re-opening date unknown. Bait shop open.

** Rent Jet Skis, Hobie Cats, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Water Tricycles or Beach Cabanas at a nearby beach concession area.

** Don\'t want to cook in the completely updated kitchen? Take a leisurely stroll to many nearby restaurants, or drive along Gulf Blvd to see a fantastic selection of eateries and ice cream shoppes.

** In today\'s world, high speed wireless internet and cable TV are a must - we have them both!
