This place is a paradise for relaxation. If you want to explore you can but the apartment, salt water pool and dock for relaxing and watching for dolphin and manatee in the lagoon would keep you \"busy\". We did kayak the mangroves the first day but chose to stay on location the second day. Full kitchen and use of the grill allowed us to eat on-site. The apartment is recently remodeled and feels very beachy. Christine and Mike are very friendly but also respect your privacy. I can\'t say enough good things about the Cozy Pineapple.

This is simply a really beautiful place, super clean, spacious and with two super friendly and outstanding hosts. Christine and Michael live in a house on the property away from the apartments, but they popped in to help us check in. There is a beautiful pool overlooking the water and they have a great dock that you can go out on and enjoy the view or a nice glass of wine. Very close to downtown Melbourne and short drive to the beach and shopping. The hosts are very accommodating and provide any extras that you may need. They were also very enjoyable to talk to. I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb‘s and hotels over the years and I would say that this is among the best I’ve ever been at.

Perfect location for beaches, great heated pool. Newly updated with thought to making guests feel at home. Property is secure and owners are concerned with safety. Very well lit property and easy parking. Unit C had a lovely shower, bedroom had lots of storage, and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well appointed, perfect for fixing a meal and eating in. Access to dock and pool a relaxing bonus. Absolutely would stay again with this host. The hosts were very accomodating and helpful with requests and recommendations. Pet friendly and spotless accomodations.

We were the first guests in this new B&B of Christine. It looked neat and according to the photos. Christine and Micheal went out of their way to make it as perfect as possible. We found this very pleasant. With the necessary small improvements, this is a beautiful B&B. Especially the pier where you could sit in the evening or morning was perfect. The sunset is beautiful there. We wish Christine and Micheal good luck with this beautiful B&B and will definitely be back when the time is there.

Very clean, modern spot. Super easy checkin with the electronic keypads. Right on the water, on the lagoon side. Awesome pool as well. 5 minute drive to Melbourne Beach. Christine was extremely responsive and very helpful with anything needed. You can’t beat this place! Highly recommend.

Arriving from France in the USA we stayed 1 month at Christine and Michael\'s place. The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped and has an exceptional location in front of the sea. We were able to fully enjoy the pool of our hosts which was very pleasant during the hot weather. Christine and her husband are extremely welcoming and warm people who provided us with everything we needed for our 2-year-old daughter. In addition to their sympathy, they are very responsive and communication was very easy throughout our stay. We were touched by their little attention to us. We would recommend this listing 100%.
