This is a well kept family-friendly house in a quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets, malls, and restaurants. The house also has a pool with a hot tub, which my grandchildren enjoy a lot. The real estate agent Remy was super attentive, and he makes sure to answers all your questions. We will definitely go back every time that we would like to stay close to home in Miami.

We were a family of 7, staying in this wonderful house in December, and for New Year. This is a very good, well-planned and convenient house - all one needs for cooking, wonderful fridge, a very good jacuzzi(spa) and pool. The location is also convenient, not too far from Cape Coral beach, but also close to the bridges to Ft Myers; having a channel added beauty to the surroundings. I would recommend this house to anyone any time, including to myself :), if we decide to come to Cape Coral again ....

It was an awesome home. Had a great time. Will be renting the home again in 2021. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities in the home were great. It wasn\'t far from the baseball fields that we played at.

The house was Beautiful Spacious & very clean!Beautiful pool & hot tub! We suntanned & fished on the patio by the dock!! Loved to watch the boats coming by on the canal. Remy the manager was only a phone call away & very helpful!! We loved our holiday & hope to come back soon!!!!
