FLOIRDAYS RESIDENCE is a luxury villa in subtropical Southwest Florida fulfills many desires. Luxury Villa Tropicana is a newer dream home in Cape Coral. The generous terrace is south facing. The holiday villa has 2 master suites with king-size beds, plus 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a lounge with a pull-out sofa and 3.5 bathrooms. From the living room you have a breathtaking view over the swimming pool and the wide canal. It is available throughout the house WiFi available. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is equipped with Poolmoebeln, a table with an open fire, 4 chairs and a gas BBQ grill. The pool and the outdoor pool can be heated. If you want to rent a boat, this is brought to their vacation home.
PROPETY HAS CURRENTLY NO POOL CAGE OR FENCE. THEREFORE NOT SUITABLE FOR OCCUPATION WITH SMALL CHILDREN.

CANCELLATION
If Guests elect to cancel or terminate, Cancellation fees below will apply. Therefore, the purchase of a Travel & Cancellation Insurance is recommended. No refund is due nor will be made due to undesirable or inclement weather

We split this house between two families and it worked out perfectly. The two master suites makes for an ideal situation if traveling with two families. The layout of the house was very wide open and allowed for maximum space. The outdoor area is fantastic, the pool is very large and surprisingly deep in two areas which made for great fun with the kids and adults. The living space outside is very deep and wide, there were a few times that it rained but we were able to still enjoy the outside area and not worry about getting wet. Had a great time!

Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful home. The pictures don\'t do justice. Furniture and deco blend well with this big house. The view over the big canal dropped our blood pressure in half (almost). Everything was beyond what we expected. Easy booking and clear communication. No hassle check-in and check-out. More space that we actually needed. At first we were not sure about the location near the road, but frankly we did not even notice any traffic. Highly Recommended.
