The home is a duplex with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Each unit is very private with its own entrance and private lanai. This listing is for the downstairs unit. Pets are welcome. The downstairs unit was recently renovated with new cabinets and living room furniture. It is located in the center of Bonita Springs, walking distance to most attractions and the beach. The home is clean and cozy.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size, memory foam fold out couch in the unit. There is tile throughout. You have several dining options - Enjoy eating at a larger table for 4 inside or the outdoor lanai seating for two. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is a 50-inch smart cable TV with a DVD player for your enjoyment.

The yard is very large and next to a vacant lot so you will have lots of privacy if you like to spend time outside. There is a grill so you have plenty of room for a barbecue!
