My beach home is the perfect getaway for couples, friends and families. Located in Seaside Park steps from the bay and ocean. Smoke free. Minimum age is 26. No large groups, proms or parties permitted. Walking distance to the ocean, bay, playground, stores, bank, restaurants, bars, amusements/boardwalk and churches. You will enjoy your stay at my home because of the coziness, decor, central air conditioning, access to Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, enclosed front porch, deck, grill, fenced in yard. It is located on a quiet bayside street with sidewalks and ample street parking. Four beach badges are available for guest use.

Additional service included: Bed linens and six sets of towels provided.

Guests are responsible for putting trash/recyclables out for scheduled pickup days. Guests must leave the house trash free for the next guest. No trash is to be left in the home or in outside receptacles. Address and hours of recycling center are posted at the home. If trash needs to be removed by cleaning service there is a $50 additional cleaning fee.

At check-out turn heat down to 65, Air conditioning OFF.

All door and windows locked.

Guests are not permitted to access outside shed which contains owners personal belongings.
