This second floor condo is a corner unit, offering a wide and bright view of the marina and bay, and overlooking the pool and dock from your private balcony. Inside, you\'ll find all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are TVs in both bedrooms and a new large flat screen in the living room, and there is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your use. The condo has private high speed WiFi service and is fully furnished with all linens, bath, kitchen, and beach towels.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with private bath, and the guest room includes a Full size bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a full size futon couch in the living room. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and is just off the main living area.

There are several locations to rent kayaks or boats nearby and you can pull right up to the condo. Relax in the courtyard or dockside, grill fresh fish, and float in the bay-front pool. Enjoy all that the area has to offer and a great value for your family vacation.
