This ground floor, non-smoking unit walks out to a private tiled patio and boardwalk to the beach. Sit on your patio, have breakfast and watch the dolphins frolic in the waves.
Crystal Sands is one of the most sought after complexes in Destin. The proximity to the beach is unparalled. It is litterally about 50 steops to the white sand beach from the door of this unit!
** BEACH CHAIR SET-UP!** It makes it so easy to walk to the beach! Very few owners offer this service for free!
You will love the beautifully decorated beachy theme in this updatd condo. The kitchen has been enlarged, furniture and linens replaced and new paint throughout. This unit is in tip top shape. I have a personal cleanerwho keeps this unit very clean!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and Flat screen TV and DVD player. Crews quarters \"(2 bunks) in the hall and sofa bed allow for sleeping for six. There are two bathrooms, a jetted tub and washer and dryer.
The living room has a flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD and stereo. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your culinary delights!
In the morning, take a quiet walk along the beach during sunrise. Later, build a sand castle with the prettiest, white sand you have ever seen.
Shopping is very near by. Destin Commons is almost within walking distance. Also, a waterpark, mini golf, movie theater, fishing, golf and many fabulous restaurants are very close. You can dine at a restaurant on the water or catch your own seafood on a deep sea fishing excursion and have it grilled for you or grill it at home!
After dinner, take a swim in the pool or a quiet walk on the beach in the moonlight. This is paradise by the sea!
Free wi fi is included and the first floor location is ideal for easy access to the beach, pool and parking lot. Beach chair set up also included. .

My husband and I stayed for a week, and we enjoyed it so much. The location is convenient to everything, and we so enjoyed being able to walk out the door and be at the beach in 15 seconds! The bathroom is like a Jack and Jill type bathroom. It\'s a pretty tight area, and if we were obese people, it would have been uncomfortable. The bed in the master is a memory foam bed. It wasn\'t the worst bed I\'ve had to sleep on, but it wasn\'t the best either. It is bigger than the foundation it sits on, so it hangs over on the sides which was kind of weird. Then we both slid toward the middle until we were right again each other. Again not completely terrible, but not great either. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and most anything you would need to cook a meal. There isn\'t a shelf in the freezer, and the ice maker was turned off. We turned it back on, and it worked fine, but the bucket sits so low that it is loud when it drops and it will overflow because it doesn\'t know when it\'s full because of the missing shelf. I was happy to find a vacuum cleaner in the closet for cleaning up the sand that gets tracked in. The washer and dryer are tiny, but work fine. Tami was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we loved our time spent at the condo and would stay again without hesitation!

The best view ever! Right out the door and onto the beach! Shopping and dining all around! Tami was the easiest to work with and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! Everything was perfect!!!!

This picture was taken right outside our door. Kitchen was amazing well stocked with pretty anything you might need. Condo was spotless. I think we found our forever vacation spot at Destin Beach.

Our trip was amazing. We very much enjoyed this rental property and we will definitely be back. The property view is unmatched and we made so many wonderful memories with our little family. Also, the condo is in An amazing location. It is so close to EVERYTHING. You could walk just about anywhere if you wanted to. We cannot wait to come back to this condo. It was so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about it. We saw dolphins, played all day in the sand/water, shopped and dined at some amazing places. If you’re hesitant about staying here, don’t be! This place is everything you could want. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our week here in this condo. The kitchen has everything you need. It was very clean. Even though the unit is on the first floor you still have wonderful views because the condo is higher ground than the ocean. You walk right out of the unit and your on the beach in a few seconds. The beach service was a great addition plus having a private beach where no canopies are allowed. Get up early to put towels on your chairs. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She always got back with us on any questions we had. The condo was very clean and it had a vacuum that I used frequently to help with tracking in sand. Very relaxing sitting on the covered porch listening to the waves roll in. We will be staying here again. Thank you again Tami, for all your help and kindness!!

This unit was very comfortable. It was clean and updated with new kitchen, appliances and furniture. It was so close to the beach with a great view. The complimentary beach service was a BIG plus! We will definitely come back!
