My first vacation in 25 years, so I researched all of the condos on Madeira Beach to find the perfect spot, and was extremely pleased with the results I found on Florida Rentals. The condo was beautiful with a spectacular view of the beach/ocean that will take your breath away!! Heated pool, beach is right there, well taken care of, and on site managers to help you with anything you need. Great location quite and peaceful!!! Walking distance to John\'s Pass for dining and shopping. Will be back for sure!!

Excellent and easy booking, owner super nice and easy to work with to get booked and answer questions, excellent property managers, super nice, anything we needed it was taken care of. Condo was excellent, awesome direct view of the ocean, very quiet place, lounge chairs for the beach provided. We will definitely be back next trip!! Thank you for letting us rent the unit, we will definitely refer any friends and family to you for their trip to Madeira Beach.

Had the most fabulous view but the condo could use some updating, need new linens and dishes.Should get rid of carpets. It was a spacious condo the master bedroom was comfy and enjoyed the balcony and view.

The condo was very clean. We loved the large TV. We would have liked a washing machine & dryer in unit but it turned out not to be a problem since it was just down the hall. Again, fantastic view from balcony. Liked the pool and hot tub. Great that there was a washroom by the pool so you didn’t have to wait for elevator. Chesterfield comfortable and so were the beds. The bottom sheet didn’t fit the mattress but I had brought my own. The only critque we would give is better silverware & dishes. Get rid of the old pots & pans and only keep the new ones, more wine glasses.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Collwood condos August 12-19. Our condo was very clean & comfortable. Ocean views were beyond beautiful especially the evening sunsets. John & Mary, on site managers, do a great job of maintaining the building inside & outside. It’s also a bonus having beach chairs & towels available for the guests. We will definitely return hopefully next summer.

We had an amazing time at our rental on Madeira Beach. The location is perfect and close to so many fun things. Our host Orlando was the best… easy to reach if we needed anything or had a question. This is the second year we have rented from him and have never been disappointed. We hope to continue to stay there for many Aprils to come.

This 2-bedroom condo is roomy, well maintained, and so convenient. Some of the minor features are somewhat dated but the location more than makes up for them.
