Our cottage is 3 Years New, built with quality detail and premium finishes. Located in the Prince Edward County Region, surrounded by wineries and Golf Courses, The Lake House presents a 800 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys for your family and friends. We have a full 11 game Arcade in the Walk Out Basement which is all free play for the kids and the adult kid in your family!!! We also have a full Garage Arcade for an extra fee if you desire a full tilt Arcade Experience in North Country Madoc !!!

Pac-man, Fooseball, Ski Ball, Air hockey, Classic Bubble Hockey, Sonic the Hedgehog, Cyclone 3 player, Golden Tee Golf Game, Ping Pong table, Revolving Tower and a classic boat for the little ones.
New Garage Arcade for rent includes: Vintage Skateboard, Time Crisis, Hydro Thunder, Strike Force Fighter Jet Game, Swarm Aliens, The Fast and the Furious.
Also Two Aluminum boats with a 20HP and 15 HP for rent, Four Kayaks, Two Canoes, and two Paddle Boat. These toys sit along a 100 Ft dock with a 20ft x 20ft entertainment area on the dock.
Hot Tub also available with fee and request. The 6 Person Hot Tub can be rented by REQUEST ONLY with a $350 charge. Full service includes: Removal of water, full sanitization and cleaning, new water and new chemicals.

The Lake House property and all of our other Cottages for rent have a full team of staff to support your every need if any issues shall arrive during your stay with us.
We want all our our clients to experience a 5 Star holiday and will ensure any issues are resolved asap onsite.
The Lake House is built on a 22 Acre property with the entire bay of Moira Lake surrounding its beauty. This makes for a very private and luxurious setting in the Prince Edward County Region in Madoc, Ontario.
We also own another cottage called THE NORTH SHORE that is minutes away from the Lake House to accommodate an additional 14 guests for large groups.
We can accommodate weddings and large family gatherings with our cozy resort Moira Lake Cottages and our boutique Moira Lake Motel to have a maximum of 100 guests when booking all of our rentals.
Important property maintenance is required and may occur on a day of your rental in our schedule.
Please note: This is NOT a PARTY house and penalties will apply of up to $5000 if the house is not well kept for the duration of your stay.
IF AMENITIES ONSITE ARE NOT WORKING OR DOWN FOR SERVICE WE WILL NOT REFUND OR DISCOUNT MONEY FOR YOU STAY. WE WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO HAVE THEM SERVICED AND READY FOR FUN !!!

Jeremy\'s place was just as advertised! We had a lovely time with our group of 14 people and had enough space for everyone. Would go back. The arcades were a lot of fun and the view of from the kitchen is absolutely stunning!

Incredible spot in Ontario side. Has all of the best features like hot tub, great views and fire pit. Perfect winter getaway. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this awesome Airbnb! Beautiful cottage, and gorgeous location. We loved the outdoor rink, and spent most of our day playing pond hockey. When we weren’t on the ice we were enjoying the awesome arcade games in the basement. We had a group of 13, and the space still felt comfortable and spacious with lots of seating in the living rooms. Kitchen is a great size for many cooks in the kitchen and feeding a large group! Definitely would rent this Airbnb again!

This is a Luxury Home built with unbelievable quality and finishes. The Arcade Games for the kids are absolutely unbelievable. It is an amazing cottage for large groups and families to be together all under one roof. We truly appreciated all of the water toys and life jackets of all sizes. The Jukebox brought us back in time for a classic dance party. We highly recommend this luxury getaway!!!

Our stay at the Lake House was great!! There were 14 of us for New year\'s. There was plenty of space, kitchen was perfect for our big group and the arcade entertained us for hours.

Booked Jeremy’s cottage for the family day weekend for a group of 14 of us and we had an amazing time. There was lots to do even though we decided to go during one of the worst weekends we still made the most of it. Jeremy was very responsive anytime we had any questions or concerns. The cottage itself is beautiful I can only imagine how pretty it is during summer and fall. It’s very spacious, lots of beds and places for everyone to sleep and the main area is big for playing games. We went tobogganing down the hill which was super fun and warmed up near the fire pit after. The boys had an awesome time.

This lake house cottage exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place is very upgraded, with all the latest features that made our stay extra comfortable. The kids had a blast with the full arcade and canoeing on the lake, while we loved grilling out on the BBQ. The washrooms were spotless, and the amazing deck provided stunning views for everyone to enjoy. It’s the perfect spot for a big family getaway. We went with two other families, and kids of all ages had the best time. Highly recommend for any large group!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas holiday at Jeremy’s place! Him and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and even left gifts under the tree for our kids! The weather limited what we could enjoy outdoors but there was still tons to do in the house from the basement arcade to board games. We definitely plan to return in the summer so we can enjoy the rest of the amenities. Thank you again for a perfect Christmas getaway!

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular!! from the amazing arcade to the beautiful home. We had an amazing time staying there. Jeremy was quick, helpful and friendly with our inquiries and always responded in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends and family, and will be returning myself.
