When it\'s time to refresh, the two bathrooms provide towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. For your convenience, the home also offers a washing machine and dryer, an iron and board, and air conditioning and heating. Explore the nearby New London Ferry Dock, just a 10-minute drive away, or venture to Ocean Beach Park, just 12 minutes from your doorstep. The Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration are also within a 20-minute drive, offering endless opportunities for adventure and discovery. Escape to this beachfront haven and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
We have been renting our house over 10 years! Families have been making wonderful memories here year after year!! The Private beach is safe and clean! The low tide provides clear blue water and beautiful sand bars to walk to, which is great for children. There is a convenient enclosed shower in the garage with hot water that is great to use after a day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to tote your beach gear and kids to the beach 3 houses away. The neighborhood has 106 houses which are all privately owned . It is a very safe area to walk at all times of day and have the kids ride their bikes if they bring them along. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to play and hang out after a day at the beach! There is a fun fire pit in the back yard to roast marshmallows and a grill for barbequing !
Five minutes down the road is the quaint seaside town of Niantic. There are many great restaurants, 2 breweries, and a great candy store! Also you will find the famous Sift bakery and a delicious family run bakery Giuliano\'s as well as two ice cream shops! Niantic has a one mile waterfront boardwalk which has clean bathrooms at the entrance, is free and very family friendly to walk.
Our beach house has countless fun places to go during your stay! It is 25 minutes to Foxwoods and Moheghan Sun Casinos! Mystic Village is 22 minutes away with awesome restaurants, brewery, quaint shops, and ice cream! Rhode Island beaches are about one hour and beautiful Newport RI is one and a half hour away.

We came up for a week to visit family. It was a spacious house, a literal stones throw from the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach is clean and fairly shallow out to a sandbar. Perfect for our 4 year old.

The house is very clean, spacious and well-equipped (rare in home rentals these days). Plenty of room for a family of four with one set of grandparents and one uncle. The beach is right there and the house is also close to lots of shops/restaurants. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed every single day at the house and at the beach. The house was super clean, plenty of space and all the above amenities. The beach was 1 minute walking to, so much space you could pick . Back to the house, evening was super quiet, grab a drink, sit at the back porch, so relaxing. Definitely a comeback!!

The house is 3 houses away from a private beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is in a fairly protected area, so it was perfect for my 5 year old to feel comfortable swimming and playing in the sand. The neighborhood is situated well for going to Niantic or you can easily get to Mystic. This was our second summer renting the house and we loved it!

We loved our stay at Jill’s property. She was very responsive to phone calls and texts leading up to and during the stay. The home was nicely decorated and matched the listing description. The highlight was the proximity to the private beach; it was a family friendly neighborhood and beach. The kids loved the sandbar aspect of the beach and the outdoor shower on Jill’s property was so convenient for cleaning up after a day in the sand/water. The neighbors were quiet, the internet worked beautifully, and we had no complaints at all! We also liked having the beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards to use while we were there. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to have a little stroll after dinner. We enjoyed taking a cup of coffee down to sit at the beach early in the morning. The restaurants and boardwalk in Niantic are just a few minutes drive. Overall just a really relaxing and lovely stay at this beach house.

The house was very comfortable and relaxing with a very welcoming feel. Proximity to quiet private beach can’t be beat! Quick drive to several towns and restaurants that were fun to visit. Although we were 4 adults, the house and beach would also be fabulous for families with kids! All around great vacation spot.

Stayed with friends for the weekend. Loved the beach access and the host provided chairs, umbrellas and floats to make packing for the trip a breeze. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.
