This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.

Outside you will find a tropically landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill and soft seating, along with the two-level \"treehouse deck\" providing nice views of the Gulf. The courtyard and deck are shared by guests of the Cottage and Beach Studio, as is the guest laundry room accessed off the deck.
