The photos are really good, but the place far exceeds the pictures . . . per a couple of recent guests..
. Less than 1 1/2 hours from most of the Phoenix metro area. 5 Minutes from Camp LoMia (maybe less). 5 minutes from Strawberry. 20 minutes from Payson. 15 minutes from the the rim.
. 4 bedrooms — 3 with California kings, and one with a full size futon. Sleep 8 in beds, plenty of room for air mattresses and foam pads.

Full flat and green acre lot. Fenced and contained play area. Large open area. Fire circle. 18 blue spruces. 15 fruit trees. Frequent crossing, bedding and grazing for elk and deer. Amazing for kids to play and run — great spot for Whiffle Ball, ultimate Frisbee, kick-ball, Frisbee golf, volley ball, croquet and other lawn games. There is no place in the area that can offer the same grassy flat acre lot.
Conveniently located near hiking trails, streams, lakes and the all the amenities of metro Payson. Good dining options. Grocery store in Pine and box stores just 20 minutes away in Payson.
This place will lighten your burdens, and gladden your hearts!!!

We had a wonderful getaway with my family! Plenty of room for 16 of us, from babies to teens and young adults! And of course, us, the parents/grandparents!! There were daily visits from the Elk and some Deer. Went to town for some ice cream and lemonade and a visit to the lavender farm!!! The grandkids loved running in the large yard. The owner was very accessible for any issues. All in all, a very positive experience!!

We all had a great time. House was perfect, owner couldn\'t have been more kind and helpful. The grand kids loved the wild life (Deer , elk ,squirrels ,birds) On one day there were 32 Elk in the front yard. We will definitely return next summer.

The property was very clean and the owners were super. One day in the back yard there were 28 elk and 7 deer. Having that large of a yard was wonderful for the children. We would definitely stay again. One thing we all liked was having the kitchen, familyroom and diningroom all together so it was easy to communicate with each other while cooking, watching TV and eating.

Only spent two days at this property, but it was quiet, clean, and very well-kept. The owner was amazing and very friendly. The amount of wildlife that we encountered this weekend was magical, thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and share memories with the best of friends!
