A PRIVATE HOT TUB, TWO FIREPLACES plus, and an extra-large upstairs outdoor deck to make your stay EXTRA comfortable, relaxing and special. Keyless entry as well in case you don\'t want the hassle of bringing your keys with you when you go out for the day. All Linens provided, inlcuding towels, beach towels, down comforters and down pillows, all hypoallergenic. Gourmet Kitchen, with quality anondized cookware, waffle maker, coffee maker, toaster oven, griddle, blender, garlic press etc.. etc.. Plus FRESH HERBS grown on premises for use when cookin, and newly planted lemon and lime tree. 2 HDTV\'s and 2 DVD players, i pod docking station, stereo.... This house is also ideal for families and very kid friendly with lots of kid games, toys and movies, and even video games with 38 game cartridges! There is a washer/ dryer for your convenience as well as TWO fully stocked kitchen areas and even a small refrigerator on the LARGE top deck. We provide beach chairs here, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, 3 boogie boards, a skim board, an old surf board, life vests for the kids, a radio flyer wagon, 4 adult bicycles (2 mountain bikes, 2 beach cruiser), 2 toddler bikes (no training wheels) ... 2 scooters and even a wonder wheelie to wheel all of your beach items easily down to the beach for your use, AND plenty of indoor toys, movies, etc.. Monitors, high chair, adult/kid movies, games, crayons, puzzles, etc.. What more do you need? The house itself is in an ideal location with so many things within walking distance. Once you arrive, you will virtually never need to drive anywhere. You can walk to the beach, the boardwalk, the museum, the harbor where you can rent kayaks, or take catamaran cruises, walk to one of the many restaraunts including a coffee shop, a brewery, a burger place, a market, and the famous Aldo\'s restaraunt, Johnny\'s or the Crow\'s nest!
