NEWLY RENOVATED! Come to historic Sandpoint, Idaho and enjoy our adorable, first floor condo that is conveniently located just 2 blocks from downtown! From here, you can ride bikes (2 are included!) take the Spot bus, or walk to local shops, coffee houses, the community-owned Panida Theater, City Beach, quaint bookstores, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries and Lake Pend Oreille\'s clear water. A scenic 30 minute drive will take you to Schweitzer Mountain Village, where there is everything from bluegrass festivals to huckleberry picking in the summer and world-class skiing in the winter. The Festival at Sandpoint\'s Concert Series in early August is just a 10 minute bike ride away! There are endless opportunities to sight-see, raft, hike, sail or just relax in our picturesque town. Upon arrival, you will find a book we created of our favorite places to eat and explore to help you enjoy all Sandpoint has to offer. Sandpoint\'s free public transport, the \'Spot Bus\', will take you just about anywhere in Sandpoint, Ponderay and Dover!

We have tastefully decorated this home-away-from-home so that you feel comfortable, and rest assured that cleanliness is of utmost importance. Fully-equipped with fresh linens, (we hang them on the line, weather permitting) with all kitchenware and paper supplies, you\'ll want for little. For a 3rd person, use the inflatable twin mattress provided. We also have a Graco Pack n\' Play with organic bamboo sheets for the baby.

Included: Satellite TV, WIFI, flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and coffee, beach towels/toys, puzzles, books and many more little things to make your stay easy and relaxing.
