From your private balcony you have a beautiful \"Remembrance Garden\" view. Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail sitting on the Redwood Chaise Lounge or the Padded Wide Bench looking at the flower varieties in the beautiful garden. The afternoon sun is behind you, the birds will sing in the morning, crickets will sing at night !

The Living Room has a super Comfy Sofa, 2 Modern Comfy Chairs, a Long Coffee Table and HDTV with Cable Tv. PLUS we also have Netflix, HULU, HBO, ShowTime and other streaming content via an easy to use Apple TV. AND there is apartment wide private High Speed Internet that is included. A large glass dining table with chairs, and a pass thru counter top from the kitchen that has two bar stools for breakfast, lunch or dinner service.

The Bedroom sets are new. The Master bedroom has a full queen bed with a new mattress. The Second Bedroom has two firm single beds. Plenty of storage to store your belongings (lots of storage drawers and closets) so you can put away your suitcases and relax like you\'re at home. All new towels, sheets and lots of kitchenware items like the a Keurig coffee maker, utencils, glasses, silverware, dish towels, etc. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit. No lugging laundry to a public machine! The refrigerator has an Icemaker so no worries for that afternoon cocktails or to fill your cooler for a day at the beach. We have two beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler for your convenience. Three flat screen TV\'s. One in the living room and two in each bedroom.

The complex offers in addition to the 9 hole golf course and 5 heated pools, a Tiki bar, a restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, several sandy and hardcourt tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, basketball hoop, library and fitness club. Great biking areas on the Island as well so take along your bikes there are racks right in front of the Condo.
